Abstracts for the AAHS Annual Meeting may address the following categories (keywords):

JOSEPH L. POSCH AWARD for the Best Resident/Fellow Paper: Two $250 prizes will be awarded to the two best resident presentations in the clinical science and basic science categories.
Originality, significance, clarity, and presentation will be judged in considering the awards. The papers will be judged and awards announced at the meeting.
Multiple authorship is permitted, but the first named author MUST be a resident, fellow or a medical student in a hand surgery program. On the forms that follow, select RESIDENT/FELLOW/MEDICAL STUDENT under PREFERRED PRESENTATION FORMAT to be included in the contest.
Papers presented at the CHIEF RESIDENTS' MEETINGS are acceptable, but papers that have been accepted for presentation at another national meeting or accepted for publication are not eligible.
